What’s the arm control on Halo? Does it need adjustment?
All HALO are equipped with preset torque control and therefore will never need adjustment and always can provide single arm control.
What’s difference between occupancy sensor vs vacancy sensor?
Occupancy sensor enables light to turn on at any moment from off position when a person occupies the space close to the light. Vacancy sensor will only work during the light-on position to extend the on time for light, and occupant must manually turn light back on after the light shuts down.
How does the dimmer work?
Holding the dimmer switch will continuously decrease brightness and increase brightness after reaching minimum brightness. Release the switch after reaching desired brightness.
Does the HALO equip with accordion or retractable cord?
Of course. We have HALO light will retractable cord for power connection flexibility and placement ease.
